Designated as part of Virginia's Scenic Rivers Program in 2020, Gray's Creek was first navigated by the Indigenous People of the coastal region and later explored by Captain John Smith of Jamestown. Your guide for this event will share how this tranquil waterway is steeped in history and how its marshes support various species of wildlife and waterfowl.
