Come to Bacon’s Castle on Sunday, September 8, 2024 from noon to 4:00 PM for special guided tours focused in the 20th century when the home was owned by the Warren family and later obtained by Preservation Virginia.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view photo displays, newspaper articles, and rarely seen collections objects. If you have photos, newspaper clippings or other memorabilia from the 20th century, we invite you to share it with us. We are also very interested in your stories and invite you to participate in our Oral History Project. As an expression of thanks to the community, we will offer free admission to Bacon’s Castle for open house tours on this day!
